For the last week or so, I have been unable to open the page for any apps on the Apple TV app store, and therefore cannot download them either. Search in the app store is not working either.

I am able to open the third-party apps that I already installed on my Apple TV and use them normally. The problem occurs in the app store (and other apps related to my iTunes account, as I will detail below). When I open the app store, I am shown all of the expected content. But if I try to click on any of the apps presented in the app store, the icon wiggles briefly, but nothing happens. I have also noticed that search does not work at all-- Anything I type in, including the name of well-known apps, returns no results.
I have also noticed that other apps related to content from my iTunes account are not working. For instance, I cannot access anything on the Apple Music app on my Apple TV. When I open that app, it says that I don't have any apple music content (I do). So, this appears to be related to my Apple TV being unable to verify my iTunes account. I tried to view my subscriptions from apple in Settings, but could not make it past the login screen after numerous login attempts.
I am able to access my iTunes account on all of my other devices, and sign in normally on all other devices. This issue is limited only to my Apple TV 4K.

I have tried restarting the Apple TV. I have tried signing out and back into my accounts. I have tried everything short of factory resetting the device, because I would like to avoid resorting to that first if possible. I have noticed in this forum over the last week or so that many other people have reported the same issue. In some cases, even factory resetting the device has not fixed the problem. So I certainly do not want to delete all of the content from my device and then be unable to download anything, leaving it effectively unusable.
Does anyone know of a fix or workaround, or even the cause? Has anyone else with this issue tried updating to the tvOS 12 beta, since this seems to be a big bug in the current 'stable' release (and if so, did it fix the issue)? Thanks.
